How I Curate
Every place in Noren has been personally visited and vetted. No algorithms, no paid placements, no "top 10" lists scraped from other sites. This is what I’d actually tell a friend.
- Every recommendation is a place I’ve been to myself — most of them multiple times
- No sponsored listings, ever. If it’s in the guide, it earned its spot
- Updated regularly as places close, open, or change quality
- Opinionated by design — this isn’t a directory, it’s a shortlist
